Mikael Larsson is back at Scanlog<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Scanlog – the Scandinavian freight logistics specialist passionate about Responsible Logistics, today announced that they have appointed three new Commercial Directors. Mr. Mikael Larsson has been appointed Commercial Director of Air Freight Solutions. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Mr. Mikael Larsson has a long history with Scanlog. He was involved in developing Scanlog’s air and sea freight operations during the first years after the company was founded. After that, he worked as head of Sweden for Cargo-Partner and was recently responsible for DSV’s air freight and express operations. Mikael has thus extensive experience in international freight logistics and has been back at Scanlog since the 1st of December. <\/span><\/p>\n

– We are lucky that Mikael has chosen to come back to Scanlog, says Martin Ytander, Chief Commercial Officer.<\/span><\/p>\n

The pandemic and recent years’ challenges in the global freight markets have clearly shown the importance of well-functioning air freight, while the demands for sustainable value chains are increasing at the same time. Mikael brings solid expertise in air cargo in its broadest sense and is one of the sharpest airfreight brokers in Sweden. I am convinced that Mikael will create significant value for our existing and new customers within our Always Carbon Offset Air Freight concept. <\/span><\/p>\n

Overall responsibility<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The position Commercial Director includes overall commercial responsibility for the product and its future development. Scanlog is expanding, and to enable continued growth while maintaining quality and structure, the company has appointed a commercial director for each product area: sea, air, and rail & road. All in line with Scanlog’s concept of Responsible Logistics. <\/span><\/p>\n
