Lars Widelund has been appointed Senior Business Development Manager at Scandinavian Logistics Partners.
Lars has extensive experience in the logistics and transport area, he began his career at Nordisk Transport AB as responsible for sales of own traffic and then became responsible for freight procurement at Alimak AB and then site manager for DFDS Transport in Skellefteå. For the past fifteen years as Port Director, Lars has successfully developed and led the operations in the Port of Skellefteå.
I am very happy and proud that Lars wants to team up with us and take responsibility for developing Scanlog’s business in Norrland, says Scanlog’s chairman and founder Mathias Wideroth. Lars not only adds competence and experience from the logistics industry in its broadest sense, with his deep knowledge of the specific conditions in the logistics markets in the north and his trustworthy personality, I am also convinced that Lars will create great value for both our existing and our new customers in Northern Sweden.
Lars will take up his position on September 19th.
